Teachers Day 2020: in India, Teachers Day is celebrated on 5 September every year to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan - First Vice President of India and the Second President of India and an educationist at heart. Voting Awareness Programme
A Mega Voter Awareness Campaign has been flagged off at Raynal Village Near Hubli City 14/03/2018. The campaign to increase voter awareness and voter participation in Lok Sabha Elections 2019 is being conducted across ten Lok Sabha constituencies of Karnataka, which have had low voter turnout. Food Processing Training Programme at Old Hubli
Processing of Dairy Products, Processing of Oilseeds (peanut butter and oil), Legumes and Pulses, Handling and Processing of Honey, Packaging of Food Grains, and Food Safety Management. Specific topics covered in each food processing course include, but are not limited to, Botswana Food Legislations, Hygiene and Sanitation, Basic Principles of Food Processing, Product Manufacturing Equipment Requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), In this food processing training event, a total of 15 women were trained for the 1 week from 21/7/2018 to 28/07/2018.
Organizing free health check camp at Krishnapur village
Coral Links Foundation, local health department organized a Health Camp on June 02, 2017 in Krishnapur Village, Old Hubli, Dharwad District, Karnataka. This health camp provided the rural communities in Krishnapur Villagers access to a variety of healthcare services. Over 60 people, including 30 women registered at the health camp. The health camp included the following services: • General health check-up • Special health check-up for pregnant and lactating women • Counseling for pregnant and lactating women • Gynecological check-up for women and girls to address their health queries The Health Camp was primarily meant to serve the residents of Krishnapur village in Dharwad district.
